I am a retired OPC minister. In the past, if the text was applicable to political issues, . abortion (which is more than a political issue) I would address it. In my retirement years, I attend a church that refuses to address anything considered political. I came the closest to condemning abortion when I filled the pulpit once and made a passing comment on Psalm 139. I love this program and listen to it regularly. Do you have any practical advice for implementing the ideas you have talked about in this program. The question ”how shall we then live” is important to address from the pulpit. How it is addressed would be helpful to understand.

Aren’t Christians capitulating to the culture by using the term ”Mental illness” instead of beleiving lies or self-deception? It seems mental illness is a Euphemism similar to Repriductive rights/women’s healthcare.
